With an installed capacity of 3,600 MW, the project has been under construction from May 2013, and will be the largest pumped-storage power station in the world after completion. Moreover, every year, it will store 8.8 billion kWh of excess electricity, generate 6.612 billion kWh of power, save 480,800 to
